The Role
As a Technical Lead, you will be working within an energetic agile team implementing solutions that support a wide range of customers. You will be responsible for hands-on development with leading a team of developers, overseeing the technical design and architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web-based applications for new and existing features. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, including research and development, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:Development & Architecture:
o Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC, C#).
o Ensure high-quality code through best practices, unit testing, and code reviews.
o Optimize application performance and scalability.
o Implement and maintain Web Services using WCF.
o Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.• Database Management:
o Design and maintain complex SQL Server databases, including schema design, indexing strategies, and stored procedures.
o Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and partitioning.
o Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
o Develop and maintain data migration scripts.• R&D and Innovation:
o Lead R&D initiatives to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to .NET and cloud-based development.
o Prototype and validate new features, performance enhancements, and architectural improvements.
o Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend strategic technical directions.• Leadership
o Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
o Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
o Lead release planning, task estimation, and project delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in software development using .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.• Technical Skills:
o Programming languages: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, T-SQL
o Frameworks & libraries:
§ ASP.NET MVC/ASP.NET Core
§ jQuery
§ Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
§ ASP.NET Web API
o Web Technologies: HTML & CSS
o Databases: Microsoft SQL Server (TSQL)
§ Excellent knowledge of T-SQL programming
§ Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
§ Familiarity with SQL profiler.
§ Prepare queries to retrieve data from multiple tables based on the requirement.
§ Knowledge of SSIS Packages
o Source Control: git / GitLab and TFS• Soft Skills:
o Maintains a positive and productive team atmosphere
o Balances hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities

Qualifications:• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field• 6 to 10 years of professional experience with. ASP.Net MVC, C#, SQL Server, JQuery and WCF Web Services• Have an intense passion for building software and mentoring their teams• Are very strong in both design and implementation at an enterprise level• Can work advanced database magic with relational and NoSQL databases• Are in-tune with high performance and high availability design/programming• Have experience in security best practices for software and data platforms• Design 'perfect-fit' solutions with engineering teams and business units to drive business growth and customer satisfaction• Enjoy solving problems through the entire application stack• Are interested and capable of learning other programming languages as needed.
