Are you ready to fast-track your career? We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $18.00 with substantial growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:

  • Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • In 6-Months: $19.00+ per hour
  • In 12-Months: $20.00+ per hour (+12% annual increase)

About the team and position

Are you ready to be a part of something groundbreaking? We’re looking for a motivated Case Team Specialist to join our growing Title Operations team and help shape the future of our industry. As a Case Team Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, DMVs, and lienholders, solving complex problems related to title paperwork. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative processes that ensure a smooth transition of vehicle ownership from start to finish. It’s a fast-paced, dynamic position where your skills and contributions will directly impact our team’s success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contact customers, DMVs, and/or any other third party in order to collect missing and/or corrected documents.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with lienholders to obtain title, lien release or lien information.
  • Complete documentation, internal records, and routine steps required to transfer a title, ensuring all forms are accurate and complete.
  • Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify incomplete or inconsistent information in title work and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail by being able to flag for discrepancies in order to avoid errors in the title transfer process.
  • Exhibits comfortability with written penmanship for title work 
  • Interact and communicate with vendors and team members across various lines of the business
  • Maintain compliance with state specific regulations 
  • Manage caseloads specifically assigned to you that involve solving the above mentioned issues.
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects or temporary tasks as needed. 

What you should have

  • 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity. 
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
  • Be a high energy, forward-thinking self-starter.
  • Embrace new challenges every day. Being adaptable and flexible are critical!

  • Help identify what we have missed.
  • Professional verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
