Summary:

Old Republic Title is looking for a Title Searcher to join our team — someone who can work with minimal supervision, maintains a strong sense of urgency and focus, and brings a high level of attention to detail.
This position is onsite Monday-Friday at our Albuquerque, NM branch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform title searches using public records to identify ownership, liens, encumbrances, and other property-related issues
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all title documentation
- Work closely with team members and management to resolve complex title issues
- Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Respond promptly to requests and maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues and clients

Preferred Background
- Previous experience in title searching, title insurance, or real estate is a plus
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Able to adapt quickly and remain flexible when plans change
- Willingness to occasionally travel for business or attend company events
