What you'll be doing:

Communicate with DMV representatives in the United States via phone and email to follow up on title packets sent.

Provide accurate and timely updates to internal teams regarding the status of title requests.

Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to title documentation.

Maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
What you have:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience preparing and filing official document submissions (legal, medical, government, insurance, et al).

Experience working in vehicle titling and registration processes preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
