FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt (USA ONLY)
Schedule: 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Coordinating title recovery, reassignment, and lien releases for repossessed equipment
Communicating with state agencies, financial institutions, and third-party vendors to secure and process titles
Ensuring all title documentation complies with federal, state, and company requirements
Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and platforms
Collaborating with internal departments, repossession agents, and legal contacts to resolve title issues
Identifying and addressing title discrepancies to avoid processing delays
Supporting the collections and asset recovery teams to ensure smooth equipment ownership transfers
1 or more years of experience in title processing, repossession, asset recovery, or a related field
Familiarity with lien releases, title laws, and multi-state regulatory compliance
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
3 or more years of experience in title-related roles or asset recovery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with asset management or title processing software
Understanding of multi-state title documentation or regulatory nuances
