As an Order Opener, you will open preliminary listing title orders for multiple states.
About the role
Interact and correspond with real estate listing agents and their listing coordinators at the beginning of the settlement process.
Support Closing Coordinators as needed throughout the closing process and assist in obtaining all information needed for settlement.
Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process.
Order Openers should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have a strong customer service background
Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of title or escrow experience in a client-facing position
Qualia and Excel knowledge
Located in Washington, Oregon, California, or Colorado

The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
