Summary: Responsible for assisting the Title IV-E Coordinator in administering and coordinating support of the SSIS (Social Service Information System) and MAXIS systems for the Child Welfare Division in order to maximize revenue through the Title IV-E program. Assist in receiving and entering medical assistance applications through MAZIS and MMIS (Medical Management Information System) for eligible foster care youth. Assist in ensuring clients obtain appropriate benefits for Title IV-E services, assisting vendor payments for services provided, ensure the Child Welfare Division is reimbursed for appropriate services. Assist the Finance Specialists in preparing and submitting purchase requisitions for all the Child Welfare Departments, assist in preparing and submitting foster care vouchers for all foster care out of home placements.

The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe is a federally recognized, sovereign Ojibwe tribal government in north-central Minnesota. It serves its communities through governmental, social, educational, healthcare, elder-care, and emergency programs, while also operating gaming enterprises, hospitality businesses, retail services, and other tribally owned ventures. Its mission centers on representing and supporting the Leech Lake Ojibwe people and managing reservation resources.
