Public Consulting Group, LLC. is currently seeking a Title IV-E Quality Assurance Specialist. This position will be part of the team responsible for PCG’s federal revenue management for the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families (DCF), the agency that manages foster care and other child welfare activities in Wisconsin.

The Title IV-E program provides federal reimbursement to states for costs associated with children placed in out-of-home care. The Title IV-E Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews of relevant case information (e.g., family composition, licensure of foster care settings) in state data systems and assessing Title IV-E eligibility criteria in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

An ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills who is interested in supporting the work of state government and/or human service organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance review of Title IV-E eligibility determinations, including review of electronic case file, relevant legal documentation, and relevant financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Works with Title IV-E Eligibility staff to achieve excellent performance, meaningful outputs, and adherence to stringent federal, state, county, and company compliance objectives.
  • Meets weekly project goals for QA evaluation compliance.
  • Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
  • Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.
  • Ensures quality control procedures for operational processes are performed.
  • Validates and complete monthly reports that measure project objectives.
  • Analyzes data and reports to determine error trends.
  • Support Eligibility Manager in supervision of team and other tasks as required.
  • Travel within Wisconsin, as needed.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Range: $44,300 - $65,000
