Location: This role can be in-person or hybrid based out of our Lynnwood, Washington office, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Review and interpret chains of title from title plant systems

• Prepare and issue accurate commitments for title insurance

• Verify property, tax, and mapping information for completeness and accuracy

• Analyze legal descriptions, documents, and recorded instruments

• Ensure proper starter bases and complete search packages

• Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow and meet deadlines

• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of title industry experience

• Strong knowledge of title examination, real estate practices, and legal descriptions

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex title data with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
