Key Responsibilities: • Review all signed closing documents and verify approvals for funding and disbursement. • Obtain funding authorizations from lenders, when applicable. • Accurately balance and disburse escrow files, ensuring timely and compliant processing. • Prepare and issue checks and wires in accordance with escrow instructions and accounting procedures. • Submit signed, recordable documents to the appropriate recording offices. • Monitor Positive Pay daily to identify and resolve any check exceptions with banking partners. • Assist with daily reconciliations and support additional tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-state escrow funding, preferably with a national title agency. • Strong knowledge of escrow accounting principles and real estate transaction documentation. • Familiarity with the full residential title and closing process. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage escalated issues professionally. • Proficiency in title industry software; experience with SoftPro, Resware, Pyramid, or Salesforce is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Why Selene?Benefits

What We Do
Founded in 2007, Selene was created to provide loan resolution strategies for distressed mortgage investment portfolios. We have evolved to offer capacity and scalability to service all types of residential mortgage loans from performing loans (current, re-performing and new originations) to non-performing loans requiring high-touch, complex special servicing.
