What you do
We are seeking a skilled PAM Engineer to join our cybersecurity team within a regulated financial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of CyberArk solutions to secure privileged access across critical systems. This role is key to ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations and internal security policies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CyberArk PAM infrastructure including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, and Conjur
Onboard and manage privileged accounts for systems including Windows, Linux, databases, and network devices
Enforce password rotation policies and access controls in accordance with MAS, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards
Monitor CyberArk platform health, performance, and logs; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Conduct periodic access reviews, session monitoring, and audit reporting to support compliance and internal audits
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure) to define and enforce least privilege access
Maintain detailed documentation of CyberArk configurations, operational procedures, and change records
Provide technical support and training to CyberArk users and administrators
Stay current with CyberArk product updates and financial industry cybersecurity trends
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in CyberArk PAM engineering
Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, etc.)
Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM, SOX, GDPR)
Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud environments
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) are highly preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating CyberArk with DevOps pipelines and cloud-native environments
Knowledge of secure credential management for applications and service accounts
Familiarity with audit and compliance processes in financial institutions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, regulated environment
