Full Job Description
Are you a Tire Sales Specialist, enjoy working with customers and want to enjoy every weekend off? Telle Tire & Auto Centers might be just the right fit for you! Unsure about change? Let's sit down and have a conversation!
Responsibilities:
- Focused customer interaction and satisfaction
- Go out to vehicle and measure tire tread depth while in initial discussions with customer
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles through sharing of extensive product knowledge and guidance
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in addressing customer inquiries timely
- Knowledge of automotive service and inventory control procedures
- Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity
- Support service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments
- Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates
- Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle
Role is integral to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard.

Required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Extensive tire product knowledge and sales ability
- Proven experience in tire sales and general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment and achieve sales targets
- Proficient in POS system, researching tires and handling check-in and check-out processes
