The Role
As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, you will drive creator activation for TikTok Shop across a portfolio of brands. You will own the affiliate pipeline end-to-end, from outreach and activation to content output and performance tracking, ensuring consistent weekly execution and growth.
You will operate in a highly execution-focused role with direct commercial impact, where your success is measured by creator output and contribution to GMV. You will work within a small, focused social commerce team and collaborate closely with shop management, paid media, data and content teams to maximise performance.
You will report directly to the Social Commerce Lead.
What you’ll do
- Run high-volume affiliate outreach (50–100 new creators per brand per week) and manage the full pipeline from first contact to activation
- Activate creators quickly around products, trends and opportunities to ensure consistent weekly content output
- Review affiliate content weekly using performance metrics (CTR, watch time, CVR, GMV) and continuously optimise creator briefs
- Identify top-performing content within 24–48 hours and coordinate amplification through paid media (e.g. Spark Ads)
- Track and manage your pipeline performance (recruitment, activation rate, output, results) and resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing creator relationships while continuously sourcing new talent
- Work cross-functionally with shop, paid media, data and content teams to maximise impact of high-performing content
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, DTC e-commerce or marketplace operations with direct performance ownership
- Proven experience managing creator outreach and affiliate pipelines at scale
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and GMV, and the ability to act on them quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid testing and iteration
- Clear and direct communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to manage multiple brands or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining commercial focus
- Based in the Netherlands, preferably in the Randstad / Amsterdam region, with flexibility for hybrid working
