ARE YOU READY TO TAKE YOUR CAREER TO NEW HEIGHTS? ARE YOU SEEKING A NEW CHALLENGE IN A DYNAMIC SECTOR?

This is a very exciting and highly innovative time here at Outside.

OUR TRUE NORTH:Outside Interactive, Inc., the premier hub for active lifestyle enthusiasts, offers best-in-class content and experiences to more than 70 million of the world’s most passionate outdoor, wellness, and endurance enthusiasts every month. We inspire a broad and diverse audience to do the activities they love with greater enjoyment, inspiration, and knowledge and are dedicated to making real change in the outdoor and fitness industries.

Warren Miller Entertainment has spent more than 76 years turning ski culture into something you feel — in theaters, on mountains, and in the communities that live for winter. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour is the largest snow sports film event in the world, bringing the stoke of ski season to audiences across the country every fall.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-first Ticketing Coordinator to join the team for the 2026 tour season. This is a hybrid, seasonal role that sits at the intersection of ticketing operations and marketing — you’ll be as comfortable setting up pixel tracking and coordinating digital campaigns as you are on the phone with a venue box office. The right person thrives on logistics, builds strong partner relationships with retailers, nonprofits, and community organizations, and finds genuine satisfaction in making sure every seat in the house gets filled.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Build Coordination: Coordinate ticket builds for the 2026 Warren Miller National Film Tour, ensuring accurate and efficient setup of ticketing systems.
  • Outside+ Integration: Handle any integration with Outside+ membership benefits or discounts, ensuring a seamless experience for members and efficient processing of membership-related transactions.
  • Market Evaluation and Planning: Evaluate previous ticket sales and develop a plan for 2026 markets, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize ticket sales.
  • Sales Calls: Handle sales calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns related to ticket sales.
  • Professional Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous customer service to patrons, sponsors and partners and WME/Outside Inc. staff.
  • Membership Sales and Group Orders: Implement all policies and procedures for membership sales and group orders, managing the processing and fulfillment of these orders according to established guidelines.
  • Ticket Inventory Management: Maintain all facets of events in the ticket Inventory system, accurately tracking ticket availability, sales, and fulfillment.
  • Sales Recaps: Provide daily sales recaps, summarizing ticket sales and revenue figures to assist in sales analysis and reporting.
  • Sponsor and Media Partner Ticket Processing: Assist with ticket distribution for sponsors and media partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tickets.
  • Venue and Box Office Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for venue box offices and WME-operated ticketing pages across the tour, establishing communication channels, coordinating comps and will-call lists, and facilitating smooth ticketing operations at each market.
  • Ski Clubs and Nonprofit Coordination: Coordinate with ski clubs and nonprofits for marketing materials and ticket sales reporting, fostering partnerships to drive ticket sales revenue.
  • Group Sale Partner Development: Generate new group sale partners, such as corporate entities, clubs, and teams, to increase ticket sales revenue.
  • Pricing Strategy and Bundle Development: Partner with the Operations team to design and implement a multi-tiered pricing strategy, including planned price increases at multiple intervals as shows approach capacity, day-of-show pricing adjustments, kids’ pricing in select markets, and discounted rates for Outside+ members, retailers, and group buyers. Build and manage bundle packages including 3-pack and 4-pack options, plus family discount tiers for groups of five or more, where venue ticketing systems allow.
  • VIP Experience Coordination: Set up VIP ticket tiers and seating configurations for select markets offering premium experiences. Coordinate with venue partners on VIP section logistics and ensure VIP ticket builds, fulfillment, and day-of operations run accurately.
  • Financial Understanding: Demonstrate an understanding of financial processes related to ticket sales, such as revenue tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ticketing Platform Management: Set up ticket builds and manage events on the tour’s primary ticketing platform (Eventbrite or equivalent) and WME-operated ticketing pages, and perform website data entry as required. Utilize Eventgroove for poster printing and promotional materials. If Humanitix is selected as the primary platform, coordinate with nonprofit partners to leverage community-based ticket sales and associated fundraising opportunities, including shared ticket fee programs and co-marketing initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new or evolving ticketing platforms quickly as decisions are finalized.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing Director and WME Events Director to ensure promotional materials are aligned with ticketing information and provide ticketing links for marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate with cross-functional departments at Outside Inc., ensuring effective collaboration and coordination in ticketing operations.
  • Retailer and Venue Partner Support: Deliver marketing and ticketing materials to retailer and venue partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring accurate representation of ticketing information.
  • Training and Communication: Train and communicate with the WME Road Crew to provide box office reports and support their ticketing responsibilities during the tour.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in ticketing operations or a related role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage ticket builds, inventory, and sales data accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sales calls and provide professional assistance to patrons and clients.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, Humanitix, Eventgroove, or similar systems; demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly as tour decisions are finalized.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and Slack. Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals including pixel tracking, retargeting, and promotional campaign coordination to support ticketing link deployment and audience conversion.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with ticket partners, venues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of financial processes related to ticket sales, including revenue tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Patience and persistence to manage high-volume communications across approximately 50+ venue box offices; ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles to ensure alignment between promotional materials and ticketing information.
  • Familiarity with ski clubs, nonprofits, and group sale partnerships is a plus.
  • Energetic and professional attitude
