ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Associate to support our clients. Join us if you are passionate about the Travel industry with prior experience in GDS systems and excellent communication in English!
Responsibilities:
- Issue and reissue tickets
- Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
- Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
- Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate - Minimum Diploma 3 qualification from any major; vocational school graduates in tourism welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Preferably with work experience in airlines or travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff (1 year of GDS experience with Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
