About the Role:

Come be a founding member of Remitly's Global Third Party Risk Management team! You will work across Remitly to support and perform supplier due diligence. You will report to our Global Expansion Manager inside the Security organization. You will manage the tools and processes that address third party risk for security, privacy, and data domains. #LI-Hybrid

You Will:

  • Perform third-party risk evaluations and supplier due diligence processes through our enterprise risk assessment tool, including issuing evaluation results and reports
  • Research and consults with internal experts to understand and document security, privacy, and data risks identified through risk evaluations and due diligence processes
  • Support and create third party risk reporting and key risk metrics, and help coordinate and communicate third-party risk results to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Identify and communicate third-party risks to business owners and escalation needs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve our third party risk process
  • Maintain TPRM related documentation, including communicate changes in process or documentation, as well as formally recommending process changes to procurement

You Have:

  • 3+ years as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or related role with demonstrated competence in managing parallel detailed workstreams with deadlines and reporting
  • Proficiency in documentation, ticketing, and communications with high urgency
  • Understanding of and passion for improving iterative processes at scale
  • Comfort engaging stakeholders at multiple role levels and timezones
