Provides expertise and support throughout the whole lifecycle of the contract until renewal, change requests and termination and proactively manage the utility of the contracts to deliver the best possible supply outcome to the organization, its stakeholders and customers. Partners with the business in approaching suppliers concerning service level agreements and any other related aspects.
