1) Future Management Program: Full-Time Teacher + Business Operations Specialist (H-1B sponsorship available)

This is a full-time Management Trainee position designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about education and aspire to grow into future leadership roles.

This role is involved of teaching and business operations, where you will teach while supporting key operational functions across different school departments. You will rotate across teaching, user operations, and business development, gaining comprehensive exposure to how Think Academy delivers high-quality education and drives business growth.This is a fast-track leadership program, with the opportunity to grow into roles such as Department Manager, or other leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities ( Teaching Management & Operations) 
  • Develop and implement teaching management strategies to improve instructional quality
  • Support student retention across assigned grade levels
  • Provide guidance to teachers through mock lessons and coaching sessions
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans
  • Deliver engaging math classes as part of the training program
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to support enrollment and program success
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students to understand needs and provide personalized learning support
Working Schedule 
  • Full-time position with a combination of teaching hours and operational responsibilities
  • Weekend availability required 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred)
  • Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for teaching and working with students
Compensation 
  • Start at $50-70/teaching hour + $20-25/non-teaching hour + teaching commission bonus 15%-30%; Targeting 70K - 85K annual pay for your first year.

2) Full-Time Teacher + Project Specialist (H-1B sponsorship available)

A full-time role for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about education and interested in developing both teaching and project management skills. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in math instruction while gaining hands-on experience leading and supporting education-related projects.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Deliver engaging in person math classes as part of the training program
  • Support student retention across assigned grade levels
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to identify improvement areas and create development plans
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to support enrollment and program success
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students to understand needs and provide personalized learning support
  • Participate in and lead education-related projects, such as academic competitions (e.g., Math Kangaroo), special programs, and curriculum initiativesSupport project planning, execution, and post-project evaluation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; STEM preferred)
  • Strong interest in education, leadership, and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for teaching and working with students
Compensation

3) School Advisor & Coordinator

This is a full-time position focused on education consulting, parent communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support families through enrollment advising and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate closely with parents to guide them through programs and offerings
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience
  • Manage scheduling, student onboarding, and day-to-day campus operations
  • Maintain a high-quality, parent-facing experience
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in education, operations, or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Weekend availability required
Compensation
  • $20–$28 per hour, plus performance-based commission

4) School Marketing Outreach & Coordinator

This is a full time position where you will be supporting  local community outreach, event coordination, and campus marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive student enrollment. In this role, you will engage directly with schools, parents, and community partners through events such as Math Nights, school fairs, and tabling activities. You will help promote Think Academy programs, build local partnerships, and contribute to growing our presence in the education community.

Key Responsibilities
  •  
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, daycare centers, and community organizations across the Bay Area
  • Plan and execute outreach events, including Math Nights, workshops, school fairs, and community tabling activities
  • Represent Think Academy in the local education community and serve as a key point of contact for external partners
  • Promote Think Academy programs through in-person outreach and direct engagement with parents and students
  • Support lead generation, enrollment follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations teams
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and gather community feedback to enhance brand awareness and outreach effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and outgoing personality 
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple relationships and event logistics 
  • Comfortable working weekends and being on-site at schools/events 
  • Experience working with schools, PTAs, preschools, or youth/community organizations 
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus (not required) 
  • Familiarity with Silicon Valley school communities or local parent networks 
  • Experience training/managing a team is a plus
  • Weekend availability required

  • $22–$30 per hour, plus future leadership opportunities based on performance
