Overview:We’re looking for motivated PhD students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice—bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work.
Research Objective:Propose a thesis topic focused on robot cells or robot peripherals—define the industrial problem, goals, and expected impact on productivity, safety, or scalability.
Outline a clear project structure covering literature survey, design & simulation, prototyping & testing, timeline, deliverables, and how results integrate into our product roadmap.
Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present
OR Outstanding academic record—minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale—in an engineering program at a reputable university
Strong analytical thinking
Solid grasp of technical interrelationships
Familiarity with machine design and control engineering
