We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) to join our team! Wage Range: $23 - $65 / hour depending on what therapy position and experience
We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and most of our positions offer a bonus or tuition reimbursement! New grads are welcome to apply!

Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapy services to enhance residents’ mobility, independence and overall well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (Assist with this for PTAs & COTAs)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance and regulations
- Current licensure for MN, ND or IA
- Passion for working with individuals with diverse therapy needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
