We're strengthening our Distribution Center team and looking for our Impex Associates to join us!
As an Impex Associate, you support day-to-day import and export execution, ensure compliance to standards and support global initiatives for Trade and Customs enhancements.
You will:
- Administrate local import and export processes for commercial and NCG.
- Timely prepare and administrate entries for customs clearance and support compliance with global rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs.
- Support opportunities to optimize regional customs and tax in line with local regulations and aligned with Global Trade & Customs department and strategies, this includes international transport matters such as shipment tracing, monitoring, freight invoicing and reviewing.
- Communicate with state customs and other reg. regulators on a day-to-day operational basis.
- Closely collaborate with Tax and Accounting to ensure compliance with country requirements.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Minimum 2 years of strong expertise in relevant field.
- Understanding of global Trade & Customs rules and regulations for regional execution.
- Overview on relevant regional market environment and cross-border trade relationships.
- Knowledge of International forwarding and import and export processes in region across all types of cross-border flows
- Advanced user for Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.).
- Good knowledge of common IT applications. SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Minimum B2 Level English & C2 Level Turkish both written and verbal.
