This role provides strategic direction for the Thailand market, shaping multi‑year growth strategies while building a high‑performing, customer‑centric commercial organization.

The position requires strong strategic acumen, deep market insight, and the ability to translate evolving customer and industry trends into impactful “Go‑To‑Market” (GTM) strategies. The leader will strengthen Agilent’s market position, elevate operational and commercial excellence, and champion a

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Leadership

  • Drive Thailand’s business growth by developing and executing strategies across customer segments, channels, and product portfolios.

  • Formulate and execute a 3–5 year strategic plan aligned with APAC regional priorities, with clear targets for market share, margin expansion, and order growth.

  • Future‑proof Thailand’s GTM model by incorporating macro trends, including regulatory shifts, digital adoption, competitive dynamics, and talent evolution.

  • Strengthen Agilent’s strategic relevance and influence with Thailand government agencies, research institutes, and industry bodies.

2. Commercial Execution Excellence

  • Lead the field sales organization to deliver superior sales execution and multi‑channel performance.

  • Accelerate cross‑portfolio growth through solution bundling, workflow‑level selling, and expansion of recurring revenue streams (services, consumables, chemistries).

  • Elevate Key Account Management (KAM) capabilities through strategic account planning, multilevel stakeholder engagement, and disciplined pipeline management.

  • Drive operational rigor by strengthening forecasting accuracy, funnel quality, and sales process effectiveness.

3. Organization & Talent Development

  • Build the next‑generation commercial organization by enhancing capabilities in channel management, enterprise selling, and client acquisition.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop high‑potential talent while establishing succession plans for mission‑critical roles.

  • Foster a high‑engagement, performance‑driven culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and cross‑cultural agility across Thailand teams.

4. Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Regional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary link between Thailand operations and APAC Business Units, ensuring alignment with global strategies and operational standards.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, service, technical support, supply chain, and channel management to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.

  • Participate in regional leadership councils and cross‑functional task forces to influence APAC‑wide initiatives, policies, and business direction.

  • Promote innovation and digital adoption, embedding a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to maintain competitive advantage.

5. Governance, Compliance & Business Ethics

  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to business ethics, compliance, and responsible leadership.

  • Strengthen governance maturity through transparent communication, data‑driven decision making, and adherence to global policies and standards.
