We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for our B2B SaaS Product, “Drawer”, to lead and build up our field sales team.
The members in the position will be responsible for building operations in Thailand and leading a customer success team, developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, and more as required.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, collateral, and presentations.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, industry reports and any relevant speaking engagements.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with our external agencies, partners, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand our reach.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, target markets, and customer personas.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends.
- Professional English skill
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience or knowledge about manufacturing industry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project
- Japanese Language is plus but not mandatory
