OverviewThe TFO (Touch-Free Operation) Program Driver is responsible for driving Touch-Free Operations within Managed Services as part of Ericsson Operation Engine (EOE) and Intent-Based Operations (IBO). The role leads the transformation from manual and reactive operations toward automated, AI-enabled, and closed-loop operations, supporting higher operational autonomy and improved service outcomes.
This position ensures TFO initiatives deliver measurable business value aligned with Managed Services contract commitments, productivity targets, service quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for end-to-end Touch-Free Operations outcomes across Managed Services.
  • Drive automation and closed-loop adoption to reduce manual effort, risk, and MTTR.
  • Ensure TFO initiatives support contract economics, service stability, and sustainability.
  • Define and maintain the TFO roadmap aligned with EOE, IBO, and Managed Services objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact TFO use cases across NOC, RAN, Core, Transport, and Field Operations.
  • Own business value realization, including productivity improvement, cost optimization, and service stability.
  • Act as the central orchestration point across operations, automation/AI, tools, IT, data, and customer stakeholders.
  • Establish governance, execution cadence, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure initiatives move from pilot to scale and Business-as-Usual (BAU).
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.

  • Coordinate cross-domain teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Track KPIs, benefits realization, and contractual impact.
  • Support adoption of automated ways of working and data-driven operations.

  • Strong understanding of Managed Services and service assurance operations.
  • Knowledge of automation, AI/ML, and closed-loop operations.
  • Familiarity with EOE, IBO, or Autonomous Network principles is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
  • 8-10 years of experience in Managed Services, Network Operations, or Operational Transformation.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs in complex telecom environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing Managed Services contracts and automation initiatives
