Our Thin Film Process department is an ambitious and dynamic group dedicated to delivering outstanding results through innovative technology and proven methodologies.
As the Thin Film Process Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated engineers in Taiwan to develop and perfect thin film deposition processes. Your role will be crucial in driving flawless production and ensuring our products compete successfully in the global market. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to world-class technological advancements and to be part of a strictly collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the thin film process team to determine and implement advanced process strategies.
  • Develop, optimize, and coordinate thin film deposition processes to achieve outstanding product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of thin film processes into overall manufacturing workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in thin film deposition processes and semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and encourage a team of engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a diligent approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to timelines and deliver results under pressure.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in thin film process development and management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a global company is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of commonly used techniques and standards in thin film deposition.
