Responsibilities:
  • Successfully implement and optimize Thin Film processes to improve production quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and address engineering challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies for seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  • Carefully observe and analyze process performance, finding opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at achieving world-class operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in TF Operation process engineer development.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and completing engineering projects from concept to finish.
  • Experience working with advanced photolithography equipment and technologies.
