Position Context: The manager for testing support in the Asia region will be the main figure for the testing and validation group, to witness and influence and capture the results of the most relevant testing activities in the Asia region.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of the testing supplier onsite, to influence the time and quality of the vehicle preparation required for the best test execution.
- Take active part in the most relevant testing and sign-off activities, frontloading the requirements of Vinfast on the testing
- Providing quick root cause analysis of the issues during the validation and organizing with the different stakeholders of VF and of external suppliers the best solution, to allow the most efficient outcome of the validation activity.
- Provide the first assessment of the testing results where he is part of, summarizing and communicating in best form to Vietnam Attribute team
- Work together with T&V team in Vietnam, to coordinate the support in the different facilities, according to the priority and importance of the testing, and yo support with the technical instructions for the retrofits needed in the vehicles and to coordinate with other areas or suppliers if required.
- Support with the logistic tracking and arrangements, if requried.
Requirements
Education/ Professional knowledge:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (10+ years) with solid knowledge in complete vehicle.
- Experience in testing activities and vehicle assessment of the main vehicle attributes: NVH, vehicle performance, vehicle dynamics, thermal essays, safety,…
- Background in root-causing of the issues out of the testing.
- Background in the data & log equipments for testing
- Generall knowledge of the EE-Architechture of the vehicle
Skill, Experience:
- Proactive & autonomous character, problem solving oriented.
- Analysis skills, allowing detailed rootcause of the problems
- Management & communication skills
- Flexibility to travel (>50% of the time) in Asia zone (mainly China, India, Korea).

Skills Required
