  • Coordinate all student academic testing, including scheduling, administration, scoring, and interpretation of assessments.
  • Ensure testing environments and procedures comply with Department of Labor (DOL) and company requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of student testing records and data.
  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure students are appropriately scheduled and tested.
  • Monitor attendance records and assist with academic reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Education Department.
  • Foster a positive, organized, and student-centered environment that supports the success of opportunity youth.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of student records.
  • Experience working with youth, education, or workforce development programs is a plus.
