Analytica is seeking Testing Lead to oversee quality assurance, testing strategy, and validation activities across FFSDCS. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that software releases meet functional, performance, security, accessibility, and operational requirements while supporting CMS modernization initiatives.
The Testing Lead will collaborate closely with CMS stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Teams, business users, and technical staff to establish testing strategies, validate business requirements, drive automated testing adoption, and ensure high-quality releases throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance efforts across FFSDCS modules, including Average Sales Price (ASP), Clinical Laboratory, Ground Ambulance, and Outpatient Drug Acquisition Survey (ODAS) systems.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, and validation documentation aligned with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional development teams, CMS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure business requirements are validated and release objectives are achieved.
- Establish acceptance criteria and quality gates for epics, features, and user stories while ensuring adherence to Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
- Plan and oversee functional, integration, regression, smoke, user acceptance, performance, load, security, accessibility, usability, and release validation testing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks and processes to enhance software quality, accelerate delivery timelines, and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle, including identification, triage, prioritization, tracking, validation, root-cause analysis, and closure.
- Support Section 508 compliance testing and accessibility validation, including testing with assistive technologies and accessibility remediation efforts.
- Analyze testing metrics, defect trends, quality indicators, and release readiness assessments, providing actionable recommendations to CMS leadership and product teams.
- Partner with DevSecOps and engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment processes.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and production release activities from a quality assurance perspective.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that strengthen software quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience leading software testing and quality assurance efforts for complex systems.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to support user experience testing, usability validation, and stakeholder feedback reporting.
- Demonstrated experience developing automated testing frameworks and executing testing within Agile and DevSecOps environments.
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and software quality best practices.
- Experience supporting CMS, HHS, or other federal healthcare programs and information systems.
- Knowledge of Medicare payment systems, healthcare data collection, regulatory reporting, or healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Experience working within AWS cloud environments and containerized architectures utilizing Kubernetes and microservices-based solutions.
- Familiarity with modern testing and DevSecOps toolsets, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SonarQube, Snyk, Splunk, New Relic, and CI/CD platforms.
- Experience working on Agile Scrum teams supporting federal digital modernization initiatives.
- Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), AWS Cloud Practitioner, or comparable testing and Agile credentials.
