Key Responsibilities
- Design
Evaluation: Perform CAS/CAD checks in Digital environment to identify
issues earlier in the program.
- Test
Execution: Perform validation tests for ergonomic features in products
and systems as directed by the validation plan.
- Data
Collection: Use ergonomic tools to assess user comfort, posture, and
fatigue during testing sessions.
- Technical
Reporting: Document test findings and provide detailed data and
analysis to the engineering and design teams for further improvement.
Document Lessons learnt to implement on the future programs.
- Standard Development: Develop internal standards to improve on the
process and evaluation method. Ensure compliance with ergonomic standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or Mechanical
Engineering.
- Proficiency
in software like CATIA V5, RAMSIS, CAVA.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good
English & Vietnamese Proficiency – Both Writing and Speaking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to
work in cross-functional teams
