Digital Platform Services
Our Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) team is dedicated to accelerating and driving key programs that enhance digital capabilities for our CIB line of businesses and clients. We focus on developing a more efficient and scalable infrastructure, improving client experience and controls, and commercializing our firm's assets. CPCS is a change delivery organization comprising business analysts, project managers, test analysts, and process re-engineering analysts supporting change across global locations.
Business Area
Our Securities Services cover custody of client assets, trade instruction capture, settlements, asset servicing, cash management, complex assets custody, FX, and transaction reporting. We are executing several change programs to implement strategic architecture, simplify UI, comply with regulatory changes, improve client-custodian interactions, update reference data, and enhance client reporting.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled tester with 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess functional experience in one of the CIB businesses, such as Payments, Custodian, Trade Instruction Capture, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Client On-Boarding/Market Infrastructure On-Boarding, Reference Data, or Fund Services.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply various technology/analytical tools, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to independently develop and manage projects or programs, with a proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
- Enhance client engagement skills to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts, and other stakeholders on projects.
- Be adept at multi-tasking and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Functional experience in any one of the CIB businesses mentioned above.
- Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of technology/analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage project plans. Proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and have the determination to follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
- Strong client engagement skills with the ability to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts, and other stakeholders on projects.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
