We are seeking a dependable, hands-on professional to support day-to-day facility and general maintenance needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can handle a variety of tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

• Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, patching, basic carpentry, and hardware installation

• Assist with routine facility upkeep, including light painting, touch-ups, and preventative maintenance checks

• Troubleshoot issues, assess repair needs, and recommend practical solutions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety procedures and use tools properly

• Coordinate with internal team members to prioritize requests and complete work on schedule

• Document completed work and communicate status updates as needed

• Handyman skills with comfort using common hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

• Clear communication and a professional, service-oriented approach

0–5 years of relevant experience in handyman work, facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field.

• Experience supporting an office, commercial, or multi-site environment

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting (as applicable to minor repairs)

• Familiarity with preventative maintenance routines and safety best practices

• Work may involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying typical maintenance materials and tools

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
