Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, patching, basic carpentry, and hardware installation
Assist with routine facility upkeep, including light painting, touch-ups, and preventative maintenance checks
Troubleshoot issues, assess repair needs, and recommend practical solutions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety procedures and use tools properly
Coordinate with internal team members to prioritize requests and complete work on schedule
Document completed work and communicate status updates as needed
Handyman skills with comfort using common hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Clear communication and a professional, service-oriented approach
0–5 years of relevant experience in handyman work, facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting an office, commercial, or multi-site environment
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting (as applicable to minor repairs)
Familiarity with preventative maintenance routines and safety best practices
Work may involve standing, bending, lifting, and carrying typical maintenance materials and tools
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
