Senior Test Engineer

We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will develop and document test plans for newly developed or current hardware and solutions products. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also create test plans that include resource requirements based on inputs from Development and Marketing. Finally, you will work with external validation partners to develop comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.
You will:

Define and implements new test methodologies to reduce test time and increase test coverage

Implement a continuous improvement process for test plans, test cases, and automation during and after test projects

Evaluate effectiveness of test plan and assess test methodologies to reduce test time and increase test coverage

Communicate and partner with test technicians in the execution of test plans. Manage use of automation and test tools and identify opportunities for process improvement where possible, and develop and execute test automation scripts

Essential Requirements

5 to 8 years of related experience to design and develop test cases for the AWCC software, covering all aspects of functionality and performance.

Execute test cases and document results, identifying and reporting any defects or issues. Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test coverage and quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of software releases. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
