The Role
Manage full-cycle recruiting tasks: intake with hiring managers, create job ads, source candidates via LinkedIn/Indeed, screen applicants, schedule interviews, extend offers through ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support TA projects.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS

  • 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred
