Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a focus on compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK&I ESG regulations and corporate requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to business operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to stay updated with changing regulations and industry developments.
  • A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to work.
