This is what we see as your role
In your role as Test Manager, your scope will be defining the right test strategy to support implementation of new Kernel features and rolling-out key business application (SAP S/4+IBP, Microsoft CRM Dynamics & Siemens TeamCenter) all across the Group (including retrofitting). This requires you to work in close partnership with business stakeholders, IT partners and BDR Group IT to design a framework of test scenarios to be managed by IT & business experts. You will work with agile methodology, continuously bringing innovation of the IT solutions and rolling out the Kernel across the Group. This role will deliver a significant return to the business through performance improvement and stability of the IT applications.
Along with the primary responsibility you will also be successful in the following:

Deep-dive in the way to setup Product Test, SIT, UAT and Regression Test

Take maximum advantage of the Tricentis application for manual testing + test automation

Support delivery of scripts (manual & automated) at Group & Local level
-
Support and potentially manage golden test datas required for the different project phases

Support coordination or coordinate test campaigns during different project phases (Build, Mock, SIT, UAT, day-in-life …) including exit criterias review

Bring day-to-day support to test platform Key Users (IT+Business)

Support RFP process related to IT software implementation in his area

Innovate by looking at IT software market analysis to bring value to business requirements
Your knowledge, skills, experience, and character include
-
You have significant experience in supporting test strategy/campaigns related to implementation of ERP, CRM and/or PLM solutions for at least 5 years, ISTQB and/or SAFe certification would be an advantage for the position.

Knowledge of SAP business transactions/process would be positive

Work experience in a relevant industry is highly desired

You are able to build productive working relationships and influence decision-making essential

You have exemplary influencing skills

You work effectively in a multifunctional, multicultural environment: The role requires close cooperation with people located in Europe and India

You preferably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
-
You are willing to travel when required up-to 20% of your time (mainly UAT, key regression test phases) but will also take advantage of BDR home office policy (2-3d a week)
