Mentor and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students in their academic pursuits.
Research and Scholarly Activity:
Conduct innovative research in Computer Science & Engineering, leading to publications in reputed journals and conferences.
Secure external research funding and collaborate with industry partners to address contemporary challenges.
Supervise research projects and guide students in their research endeavors.
Academic Leadership and Administration:
Provide leadership in the development and enhancement of academic programs within the department.
Participate in academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.
Mentor junior faculty members and support their professional growth.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
Engage in outreach activities to promote Computer Science & Engineering education and research to the broader community.
Foster collaborations with other academic institutions, industry partners, and professional bodies.
Contribute to the advancement of the field through participation in conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Requirements
A Masters degree in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution, or nearing completion, with a strong emphasis on research potential.
A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, with a minimum of 01 year of teaching experience preferred.
Experience or willingness to engage in curriculum development and delivery at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to fostering academic excellence and student success.
