Description
DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Test Equipment Engineer / Electronics Practical Engineer for its Beit She’an site.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and integrate manual and automated test equipment according to engineering specifications.
- Perform maintenance of manual and automated test systems, including RF calibration, troubleshooting, and software configuration.
- Provide support and maintenance for factory test systems, including anechoic chambers, ESS equipment, and other production test infrastructure.
- Support engineering projects and implement new test systems and technologies.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining integrated hardware/software test systems – Required.
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Engineer (Electronics) diploma – Required.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems – Required, including integration of combined hardware/software test systems, cabling, and RF instrumentation.
- Experience with LabVIEW, C, C++, or Python programming – Required.
- Proven ability to investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot electronic circuits to resolution.
- Strong self-learning skills and the ability to independently lead technical projects.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in maintaining integrated hardware/software test systems
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Engineer (Electronics) diploma
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, cabling, and RF instrumentation
