Responsabilities
Process Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed documentation for manufacturing test procedures and equipment setup guides
Test Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze test data and yield reports from the assembly line to identify trends or systematic failures
Troubleshooting: Under the guidance of a senior engineer, perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on test failures to determine if the issue lies with the camera, the assembly process, or the test equipment itself
GR&R Data Collection: Assist senior engineers in executing formal Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies on critical measurement systems within the camera assembly line (e.g., optical alignment stations, electrical test benches). This involves coordinating and collecting measurement data across multiple operators and parts
Process Data Monitoring: Collect and analyze production data (e.g., camera focus values, sensor output, pixel defect counts, etc) to calculate and track Process Capability
Requirements:
Following an Engineering Degree
Demonstrable examples from coursework projects or relevant experience is appreciated
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good communication & problem solving skills
Mindset of continuous improvement and self motivation
Looking for a minimum 6 months student placement
