Test Engineering Intern

Location: San Diego, CA (Summer 2025)

Job Summary:

The Test Engineer Intern will help develop new revision of a programmable capacitance module used in characterization  our capacitive sensor product line. This individual will also aid in various aspects of semiconductor test, from hands-on testing, interpreting test results and test program debug.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility to re-design programmable capacitance module.

• Hands on testing of capacitor sensing devices on automated test equipment.

• Learn to analyze test results and develop/debug test code.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Electronics Circuits course completion (with labs if possible.)

• Knowledge or exposure to lab testing equipment.  Multimeter, Oscilloscope,

• Any Knowledge of automatic test equipment such as Advantest 93k or Teradyne Flex a plus.

• Experience using C++, Visual Basic programming, and debug techniques a plus

• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills are a must

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $25/hr - $29/hr.  There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
