Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Test Engineer to join our team at our Dublin 12 facility.
The RoleAs a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing, commissioning, qualification, and validation of HVAC systems for data centre applications. You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to ensure systems meet performance, safety, and compliance requirements prior to release.
You will act as a technical authority during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), system start‑up, and functional testing phases, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures during testing activities
- Prepare, develop, and execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocols
- Conduct system start‑up and functional testing activities
- Ensure safe system operation prior to and during start‑up, functional testing, and qualification phases
- Develop system impact assessments, qualification and validation protocols, and final reports
- Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to understand operational requirements and provide feedback on test results, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external parties
- Organise, review, and track daily test activities, verifications, and task completion
- Coordinate closely with Production teams to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and achievement of production targets
You will have lead accountability for:

- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
