Job Responsibilities:
The IT Finance Analyst plays a central role in ensuring financial transparency, process consistency, and cost efficiency across the global IT organization. This position is responsible for driving accurate reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making, coordinating planning cycles, and supporting IT leadership with relevant financial insights. The role also owns key IT financial processes such as billing, approvals, and standardized reporting frameworks.
1. Actuals Review Model & Financial Performance Analysis (Monthly)
  • Develop and maintain a structured review model comparing Actuals, Budget, and Forecasts.
  • Perform in-depth cost driver analysis at global and local levels.
  • Conduct trend, variance, and year-over-year analyses.
  • Prepare management reporting packages and present results.
  • Ensure transparency across IT services, programs, vendors, and regions.

2. Coordination of Budgeting & Forecasting (4x a year - Budget, Forecasting)
  • Lead planning and consolidation of IT budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate inputs from local IT teams, controllers, and finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate controlling and governance.
  • Create forecasting models and scenario analyses.
  • Provide clear explanations of assumptions, deviations, and outlooks.

3. Establishment of Standardized Reporting Processes (include in 1 and 2)
  • Define and implement unified financial reporting processes.
  • Develop templates, reporting guidelines, and controls.
  • Improve reporting efficiency and data governance.
  • Support the use of reporting tools and platforms.

4. Billing Process Ownership (ongoing - operational controlling)
  • Serve as end-to-end owner of the IT Billing Process.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely settlement of outgoing IT charges.
  • Lead billing-related meetings and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support invoice tracking and reconciliation.

5. Support of IT Cost Reduction Initiatives
  • Develop business cases and financial impact analyses.
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct license, contract, and application cost reviews.
  • Support global IT savings programs with financial modeling.

6. Establishment of Approval Processes
  • Implement financial approval workflows for IT expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and internal controls.
  • Define decision rights and approval thresholds.
  • Support investment justifications and CapEx/Opex approvals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of finance/controlling experience (manufacturing preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in Hyperion and SAP.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High accuracy, detail orientation, and independence.
  • Power BI knowledge or certification preferred.
  • High confidentiality and sense of ownership.

Work Environment
