Job Responsiblilities:
1. Test Engineer develops the entire test solution for new products to meet the mass production requirements;测试工程师为新产品开发全面的测试解决方案以满足产品量产的需要
2. Test Engineer collects the data and feedback to other Engineering group (PE, DE), and provide support during new product development;测试工程师搜集数据并反馈至其他相关工程部门（如产品工程部，设计部），为新产品研发提供相关支持
3. Test Engineer supports the test floor to solve any test related problems during mass production;测试工程师为生产部提供支持以解决在产品量产过程中的相关测试问题
Requirements:
1. M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering. Will also accept B.S. degree with 3-5 years experience in job offered or related position;电子工程相关专业毕业的硕士研究生，或拥有3年到5年以上同等岗位的本科生
2. Strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts. Project experience in related field (IC testing, ATE (Auto Testing Equipment) development, component-level circuit design, etc) is a plus;扎实的电子相关基础知识，具备项目经验者优先考虑(IC测试，ATE开发，电路开发等)
3. Good programming and debugging skills in VC++ language;熟悉VC++，具备良好的设计和调试能力
4. Good communication and team work skills;具备良好的沟通技巧和团队精神
5. Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or above is preferred;具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，需通过大学英语四级，通过大学英语六级者优先考虑
