As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the followings:
Optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
Resolve process/product deviations.
Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution and effective controls' implementation).
Handle changes in test process (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
Identify operational perfection (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) opportunities.
Lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
Additional tasks would include design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization enable data driven decision-making.
Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a any electronic related field.
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
