Job Overview

Fully responsible for providing technical support for AC to DC power supplies testing, developing NPI test fixtures and test programs and maintaining related test equipment and test fixtures, etc. report to Test Engineering Supervisor in Shanghai Plant.


Responsibilities

As the Test Engineer, you will:

  • Fully responsible for test processes include ICT, Hi-pot, burn-in, FT and other necessary test processes for power supply manufacture.
  • AC/DC product Test Line Setup (Develop and integrate the test platform).
  • NPI projects test fixtures and test program development work
  • Analyze and repair the defective products
  • Work with Design team to improve testability of new products and provide the test feedback for improving design for manufacturability
  • Be responsible for achieving key indicators such as FPY and Down time/Rework time of the test team
  • Work with manufacturing team to contribute to operation excellence, continuous improvement and corporation goal making

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electronics or automation and related fields
  • More than 7 years of testing experience in electronics. The experience in power supply is highly preferred. 
  • Good coding skills
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to solve all kinds of complex problems with the team
  • Good English listening and speaking skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Be proficient in using various electronic measurement devices, such as AC and DC sources, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.
  • Proficient master at least one programming language, such as Lab windows cvi/test stand, C /C++, C#, Python, etc.
  • General knowledge of whole test process, such as burn-in, Hi-pot and function test
  • Good teamwork awareness and communication skills, Experience in cross-functional team project management is preferred.
