- Daily review of test data and set up integrity
- Implementing test schedules as provided by the manager
- Assisting technicians in test set up and running
- Processing completed test request in the form of reports and data
- Schedule and lead prototype assembly projects
- Conducting daily test system checks
- Labeling and tracking incoming test parts
- Maintain calibration database
- Mentoring technicians
- Apply statistical methods to enhance test labs output
- Engage in continuous improvement activities
- Other related duties as manager designates
- Engineering degree and 5 or more years of experience or demonstrated practical test lab experience.
- Proficiency in electrical/electronic test lab set-ups
- Experienced with climatic test chambers and vibration testing
- LabView experience preferred
- CAD and fabrication skills beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
