Job Description

• Planning, introduction and execution of complex test programs in coordination with related engineeringdepartments and functional groups.
• Support claim management (customer / intern), cost reduction and localisation activities, as well as inquiriesfrom service and sales regarding suitable testing methods. Testing support for plant functions (MOE and QMM)for System CIP projects or problem-solving activities.
• Planing and optimisation of existing testing programs (functional and endurance tests) for MAP for open andclosed circuits and/or MCO valves. Executing test infrastructure together with test technician and operating testbench individually.
• Further development of validation methods to increase reliability and minimize validation costs.
• Visual inspection and assessment of validation parts from functional and endurance tests. Understandingfunctional relationships and damage mechanisms (product/functional groups) as well as the creation ofcomprehensive reports for documentation and customer presentation.
• Active collaboration within International Testing Network and IDN.
• Hydraulic and function expertise of MH products. Training and mentoring accordingly

Qualifications

• Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering (BSc,MSc)
• Hydraulic / Mechanic ,Tribology Knowledge, Data Analysis / Interpretation, Analytical / Systems Thinking, ProblemSolving,
• Engineering methods (e.g. BES), Knowledge of Reliability Methods (DoE / DfR)
• SAP, MS-Office, DIAdem / PATools, Power BI/Power Apps
