Job Summary
The Test Engineer position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of in-process and end-of-line tests for existing products and new product launches. This position will develop and maintain production test equipment for a wide range of circuit board and electro-pneumatic products.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop test requirements and manage build of test equipment for EOL circuit board testing and programming.

Implement test equipment data collection and presentation.

Support existing well documented test equipment.

Design and build new hardware and develop software for EOL testing of electromechanical and electropneumatic products.

Manage the design and build of test equipment by external vendors.

Work with product design engineers to develop test specifications and methods that support product requirements.

Work with operations and manufacturing to implement end-of line testing using custom and existing universal test equipment.

Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
BSEE in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing or product development test environment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated proficiency with product testing in a Windows based system using National Instruments and LabView.

Pneumatic control systems experience preferred.

Experience with industrial networks and data collection preferred.
