Key Responsibilities:

Conducts moderately complex product and component testing activities and contributes to the development and improvement of testing procedures and validation methods. Supports engineering teams by analyzing test results and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Deliverables of the Position:

1) Define and perform product and component tests

2) Develop and apply testing procedures and documentation

3) Analyze and interpret test data to support engineering decisions

4) Identify product performance issues and assist with root-cause analysis

5) Ensure compliance with industry standards and documentation requirements

Requirements

  

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering      or related discipline. 
  • 2–4 years of testing or      engineering experience. 
  • Solid working knowledge of      testing standards, instrumentation, and data analysis tools. 
  • Works under general supervision      and may mentor junior staff

Technical Competencies

1) Basic knowledge of engineering testing methods and instrumentation.

2) Solid working knowledge of engineering testing methodologies

3) Proficiency with data acquisition systems and instrumentation

4) Understanding of engineering validation and verification processes

5) Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability

6) Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

7) Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written
