Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Flex PTP.
Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Test Engineer role is as a Test Engineer specializing in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Test), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for troubleshooting and product testing to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and enhance your skills in product validation and New Product Introduction (NPI). What a typical day looks like:
Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot product issues, providing timely feedback for improvements.
Document test results and generate comprehensive reports to track product performance and reliability over time.
Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing efficiency.
Contribute to NPI activities, ensuring that new products meet performance and quality benchmarks throughout the introduction process.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field.
Typically requires 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues effectively.
Proficiency in ICT/FCT methodologies and tools, along with experience in product testing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with product lifecycle testing, validation processes, and New Product Introduction (NPI) practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different functions.
Relevant experience in the electronics or technology industry is an advantage, but a strong track record of skills is more critical than formal education.
